RETURNS AND REFUNDS
digitronaust.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of digitronaust.com.au.
Returned goods must be in brand-new condition, with their original packaging. If the item has been used or damaged, please be aware you will be charged a re-stocking fee. Re-stocking fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis. All postage costs to and from digitronaust.com.au will be covered by the buyer.
digitronaust.com.au cannot accept returns for special order items or made to order items.

Contact Us prior to posting your items back to digitronaust.com.au. When your return request has been approved by a representative from digitronaust.com.au, please address the parcel as follows:
